As we all know the new C8 Corvette is fast, with it’s center engine placement, aerodynamics, 495 horsepower with its LT2 engine, and 0-60mph in 2.9 seconds. Who in there right mind would want to go any faster. Well I’ll tell you who, David Vasser, owner of Nitrous Outlet, that’s who. In development for over a year, Nitrous Outlet has developed the following systems, components, and accessories to give that two seater car the power to throw granny back in her seat on a Sunday afternoon.

GM 2020+ C8 Corvette LT2 90mm Plate System Features (PN: 00-10168)

This system is specifically designed to fit 90mm Stock LT2 C8 Corvette throttle bodies. This system comes out of the box with everything you need to spray 200 HP, and with additional jetting you can spray 400 HP. This injection plate has 6 specially designed nitrous and fuel discharge ports that completely saturate the air intake charge with the best atomized mixture possible. For higher horsepower levels proper distribution into the air stream is critical for even cylinder to cylinder distribution.
The Nitrous Outlet Vehicle Specific Nitrous system is the safest, best fitting, and most tuner friendly system available. This system is designed specifically for the 2020+ C8 Corvette 90mm Intake, including vehicle specific solenoid brackets, custom pre-bent hardlines, gaskets, and application specific hardware for the best fitment and cleanest install on the market. To make installation easier, this system includes all necessary components; billet aluminum nitrous plate, 50-200HP jetting, hardware, and wiring to properly install a wet nitrous system. This system also includes a wide open throttle (WOT) switch that only allows the system to be activated when the motor is at full throttle. This safety feature will help prevent engine damage, and lean spikes.

These solenoid brackets are designed specifically for the 2020+ C8 Corvette with the LT2 and mounts on throttle body for a clean installation. The solenoid brackets are custom made to easily install our solenoids in the ideal location with a show quality finish. Furthermore, these brackets are built strong enough to withstand engine vibration to keep your solenoids securely in place, and come with an extra bracket to keep the A/C lines out of the way while giving your system a custom finish.

The pre-fabricated hard-lines are designed to work with Nitrous Outlet bottom exit solenoids and vehicle specific solenoid brackets creating the cleanest looking installation possible. These hard lines are specifically made to fit the 2020+ C8 Corvette, and Nitrous Outlet's vehicle specific solenoid bracket. This hardline kit comes with everything you need to upgrade your current plate system from soft to hard lines for a cleaner and more professional look under the hood!

This purge relocation kit is specifically engineered to fit the 2020 Corvette C8. Thirteen feet of braided Nitrous line allows you to run the length of the car and tie into the windshield cowl exit purge fittings, and hardline. Due to the C8 being a first of it's kind Corvette with a mid-engine setup, the purge solenoid is located at the rear of the car, but this purge relocation kit includes the parts and hoses needed to move the purge exit to the front windshield cowl of the car if you prefer!

Heavy Duty Construction:
The heavy duty construction of this fender well dedicated fuel systems come complete with a custom built hand welded fuel cell, mounting brackets, E85 compatible in-tank fuel pump, an Aeromotive fuel regulator, E85 compatible 6 AN hose, fuel lines, and fittings. All tanks are laser cut, and welded in house from .125" 5052 aluminum. Furthermore, this dedicated fuel system is race proven, designed to flow high, or low pressure by changing a spring in the fuel regulator. All dedicated nitrous fuel systems are race proven and E85 compatible allowing you the opportunity to run the corn fuel if you so desire. Going with a dedicated allows you to support a larger shot of nitrous without having to go through the expense of upgrading the factory fuel system.
